Michael Tanis

Michael Tanis is an accomplished professional with a robust background in data management and a foundation in academia. Currently serving as a Senior Data Specialist at Deacom, an ECI Software Solution, since April 2018, Michael has previously held significant roles including Technical Services Manager at Change Healthcare and Director of the Data Group at McKesson. Michael's early career includes positions as a Data Configuration Manager and Software Engineer at Portico Systems, as well as a tenure as a Professor of Chemistry at Eastern University. Michael holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organic Chemistry from Cornell University, obtained between 1986 and 1991.
