Victoria Armstrong

Victoria Armstrong is an accomplished web developer and designer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Web Developer II at Deacom, an ECI Software Solution, since July 2019, Victoria has also operated VMArmstrong since November 2010, handling diverse client projects including the revamp of Debbie Gibson's website. Previous experience includes roles as Web Developer at Jacquette Consulting, where Victoria contributed to a significant two-year project in risk management and created innovative user interfaces for medical applications.
