Al Bugbee

Al Bugbee has had a long and varied career in the business industry. Al started their career in 1999 with Irving Oil as an Operations Manager, and then moved on to become a Branded Customer Experience Manager and Heating Oil and Propane Manager. In 2007, they were promoted to Marketing Director, Director of Sales & Operations, and Director of Loyalty at Irving Oil. In 2014, they moved to W. Capra Consulting Group as a Senior Consultant, and then to NH Bragg as the Director of Sales. In 2015, they joined Rubix Services as a Director, and then in 2016 they became the COO of Payroll Management, Inc. Most recently, in 2019, they were the Director at Heatable, and in 2022 they were appointed as the Regional VP of Operations at Dead River Company.

Al Bugbee attended Bowdoin College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Computer Science and Economics.
