Rebecca Jantz Johnson, ICF-ACC, CFRE, is an executive coach and strategic partner with extensive experience in leadership development and nonprofit advancement. As the Founder and Principal of Story Solutions since June 2015, Rebecca collaborates with organizations including Axis, Biblica, and World Vision. Currently serving as an Executive Partner for Advancement & Advocacy at Deaf Bible Society, Rebecca focuses on enhancing Bible translation in over 350 sign languages. Additionally, as a Cohort Instructor and Coach at Four Streams School of Coaching and a Cohort Guide at Max De Pree Center for Leadership, Rebecca guides purpose-driven leaders in their vocational journeys. Previous roles include Executive Leader at Valor Christian High School, Vice President at Cahoots Communications Inc., and Communications Director at Cherry Hills Community Church, among others. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Music in Composition and has pursued ongoing education in marketing and coaching.
