Astride Loigom

Astride Loigom is an experienced audio visual engineer at Deakin University since February 2014, with a strong background in audio visual services support, maintenance, and customer service. Astride has progressed from an audio visual technician to handling complex incidents as an audio visual engineer, implementing procedures and improving service quality across all campuses. Prior experience includes roles as an operational support engineer, service desk analyst, and engineering intern, covering technical support, programming, and robotics. Astride holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Information Technology from Deakin University, complemented by an internship at IBM and an early career in retail at Sanity.
