Brenda Cherednichenko Am

Brenda Cherednichenko AM is a distinguished academic with extensive experience in higher education leadership. Currently serving as Deakin Distinguished Professor Emeritus at Deakin University since December 2011, Brenda has held several prominent positions, including Executive Dean of Arts and Education and Alfred Deakin Professor Emerita. Prior to this, Brenda was Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Engagement, Equity and Indigenous and Executive Dean of the Faculty of Education and Arts at Edith Cowan University from December 2007 to December 2011. Brenda's earlier roles include Director of the Access and Success Project and Head of the School of Education at Victoria University from December 2002 to December 2007.
