Sia Alavian

Sia Alavian is currently a Product Coordinator at Deakin University. Sia has previous experience working as a Business Development Manager at Real Innovation Group and as a Product Manager and business development at Strata Vault Pty Ltd.

Sia has experience in conducting client discovery meetings, requirement gathering, needs and gap analysis. Sia is also experienced in facilitating Proof of Concept (PoC) workshops and product demo/presentations with system users, C-level management and decision maker. Furthermore, they have excellent presentation skills and is able to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Sia is skilled in negotiation, solution delivery and implementation. Sia is also experienced in identifying gaps and improvements to product and processes (business operation) by communicating between clients and product development team to align client expectation and solution being developed.
