Adam Tapias

Adam Tapias is an experienced professional in the fields of International Operations and Product Management within the New Technology, Clean Energy, and Automotive industries. Currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at Deako Smart Lighting since November 2017, Adam also operates as a Senior Business Consultant, focusing on strategic initiatives and program management since January 2017. Previous roles include General Manager at Modumetal, Inc., and various leadership positions at Calnetix Technologies, where Adam spearheaded multiple aspects of product and operations management, including market expansion and production line growth. Adam’s early career involved managing a subsidiary of Fuel Systems Solutions, Inc., contributing to the implementation of compliance processes. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UW Foster School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Washington, along with additional business education from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
