Luis Posada

Luis Posada is the current CEO of Deal Smartie. Luis was previously the Director of Strategy and Finance for M&A at DIDELCO. Luis has also been a Program Manager, leading a team of project managers in construction, technology innovation, and process improvement. Luis has coordinated financial activities to fund operations and maximized investments and efficiency up to USD$50-70 million in revenue. Luis has also designed and prepared financial analysis, cash flows, and IRR, NPV Project Evaluations. Posada has also led and coordinated municipal, provincial, and federal institutional high-level relationships and developed and implemented a succession planning strategy to integrate the new generation into leadership.

Luis Posada began their educational career by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Civil Law from Universidad Centroamericana 'José Simeón Cañas'. Luis then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INCAE Business School. Afterwards, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Ryerson University. Finally, they obtained an IEP-BPC in Management from York University.
