Rick Valenta

Rick Valenta is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the automotive and digital marketing sectors. As the Regional Sales Manager at Dealer Alchemist since October 2024, Rick focuses on cultivating new sales opportunities and tailoring solutions to address dealer challenges. Prior to that, Rick served as the Director of Dealer Direct at Urban Science, where responsibilities included shaping sales strategy and driving client retention. Rick's previous roles encompass national sales and dealer development positions at E INC and Dealer.com, as well as business development at North Star Leasing Company. Rick's early career experience includes outreach for veteran services, retail management at Barnes & Noble, and service as an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army. Rick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Champlain College.
