James Blakely has a diverse work experience in the field of design. James began their career as a Web Designer at SiteFury, where they built websites for construction and contracting companies. James then worked as a Web Build Specialist at ZipLocal, creating web content for clients. James also started their own freelance design company called Empyre Designs, where they focused on graphic and web design for the local music scene.

Later, they joined Legal Modification Network as an Associate Graphic Designer before transitioning to Dealer eProcess. At Dealer eProcess, James held multiple roles, starting as a Website Graphic Designer and eventually progressing to Lead UI/UX Designer and Director of Product Design. Their responsibilities at Dealer eProcess involved designing user interfaces and experiences for various digital products.

From 2009 to 2011, James Blakely attended Provo College - American Fork, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Graphic/Web Design.
