Anish Joy

Anish Joy has extensive experience in product design and user experience (UX) roles. Anish has worked as a Product Design Lead at Dealer-FX starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Product Design Lead at Flybits from 2021 to 2023, where they led the Product Design team and projects. From 2019 to 2021, Anish worked as a Principal UX Designer at Kinaxis, where they used AI and machine learning to develop supply chain solutions for Fortune 100 companies. Anish also has experience as a Service Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a Senior User Experience Designer at Stiaos Technologies Inc, a Lead UX Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a UX Manager at Voxiva, a Senior User Experience Researcher at Capital One, and a User Experience Designer at Education Abroad. In these roles, Anish conducted user research, designed and tested user experiences, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Anish possesses a range of skills including user-centered design, usability testing, and wireframing with tools such as Sketch App and InVision.
