Lucie Rochefort

Lucie Rochefort has extensive experience in customer success and implementation within the automotive industry. Currently serving as an Account Success Manager and Bilingual Customer Success Lead at Dealer-FX since September 2016, Lucie previously contributed as an Implementation Specialist at Dealertrack Technologies from April 2012 to September 2016, where responsibilities included training dealership users on DMS software, customizing software settings, and supporting various dealership processes. Lucie's career began at Les Ventes Ford Brunelle Ltée, where a diverse range of roles were undertaken as Service Manager and Warranty Administrator from October 1988 to April 2012. Lucie holds educational credentials from Cegep Lionel-Groulx and Externat Sacre-Coeur, and possesses a strong foundation in dealership operations and customer support.
