Patrick Rice has extensive experience in account management and customer success within the automotive industry. Currently serving as an Account Success Manager and Customer Experience Manager at Dealer-FX since April 2021, Patrick has previously held key roles at ACERTUS, Edmunds, and Proactive Dealer Solutions. Notably, Patrick also co-founded and served as CEO of Retail Photo Management, demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership skills. With a strong foundation in data collection and training, Patrick's diverse background spans over a decade, showcasing a commitment to enhancing client relationships and operational excellence. Patrick is an alumnus of Wittenberg University.
