Adam Kessler's work experience begins in 1999 as a Unix Administrator at Komatsu. From 2006 to 2009, they served as the Chief Software Architect at Online Innovative Creations (OIC Group, Inc.). In 2009, they joined US Signal as a Software Engineer, and over the years, they progressed to roles such as Project Manager, Manager of Information Systems, Director of Information Systems, and finally Director of Professional Services until 2019. Currently, Adam is working at Dealer Inspire as the Director of Engineering - Digital Retailing, where they manage multiple product engineering teams and provides technical insights to meet business requirements. Adam also mentors team leads, senior engineers, and software engineers.
Adam Kessler completed an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies at Illinois Central College from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Western Illinois University from 1998 to 2000, although no degree or field of study was specified. In addition to their formal education, Adam obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2011.
