Lauren Bonano

Lauren Bonano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in content support, web development, and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Content Support Developer at Dealer Inspire since December 2017, Lauren trains and mentors new employees, creates documentation, monitors team progress using Salesforce, and handles escalations effectively. Previously, Lauren held roles as a Content Support Developer and Solution Engineer at Dealer Inspire, where technical skills in HTML, CSS, and WordPress were utilized. Additional experience includes providing IT support at Presence Health, web design and development at BizStrat Technology Corporation, freelance graphic design, and art instruction. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Development from Lewis University, and an Associate in Arts degree from Joliet Junior College.
