Arlene Cintron

Arlene Cintron is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leave management, employee relations, and HR operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Leave Specialist at Dealer Tire since November 2020, Arlene focuses on administering leave of absence and accommodation claims while collaborating closely with HR Business Partners. Prior to this, roles include GBS Spanish HR Operations Representative at Nordson Corporation, Senior HR Generalist at Cleveland Christian Home, and HR Services Specialist at DentalOne Partners, among others. Arlene holds a Master’s degree in Management and Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science from Eastern Nazarene College.
