Prior experience includes positions such as Plant Manager at Resco Products, Inc., where Jerry significantly improved safety ratings, and Manager - Caster at Republic Steel, overseeing substantial operations and budget management. At Harsco Metals, Jerry served as the General Manager of Multi-Site Facilities, ensuring operational efficiency across multiple sites. An extensive tenure at ADS Logistics included various managerial roles, contributing to warehouse and distribution operations across North America.
