Clint Carter has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Clint is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at DealerBuilt, where they manage a distributed software development team that focuses on providing impactful solutions across various domains and technology stacks. Clint'steam is responsible for over 200 integrations with OEMs and Third Party vendors. Clint previously worked as a Senior Software Developer at DealerBuilt, where they developed native and hybrid AWS Cloud solutions and supported a high-volume SOAP API.

Prior to their role at DealerBuilt, Clint worked as a Senior Software Developer at Targeted Convergence Corporation, where they delivered enterprise software to Fortune 500 customers. Clint also founded and owned Golden Creek Residential Care, a care facility that provides services to disabled seniors. At Golden Creek, Clint developed the business plan, procured investors, handled property acquisition and management, and developed legal contracts.

Earlier in their career, Clint worked as a Senior Interfaces - Lead Developer at Emergisoft Corporation, where they were in charge of HL7 interface development. Clint also worked as a Software Engineer - Team Lead at NEC America, Inc, where they led multiple projects and performed project management duties. Additionally, Clint founded and owned CodeAvionics Software Corporation, where they provided software development tools and increased revenue by 100%. Clint has also worked as a Software Engineer at Teledyne Brown Engineering, where they developed custom software for the Gas Pipeline industry.

Clint Carter attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 1993 to 1995. Clint earned a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering degree during this time, with a focus on Computer Science.
