Acacia Grant

Acacia Grant is a seasoned Business Solutions Architect at DealerOn, Inc, since April 2008, where responsibilities include process analysis, data integrity, and documentation. As an initial member of the Business Solutions team, Acacia collaborates with leadership to identify and implement improvements within the organization, evaluates software solutions, and translates complex sales processes into structured systems in SalesForce. Additional contributions involve the creation of training materials for the sales team, integration of DocuSign for contract management, and promotion of organizational tools to enhance operational effectiveness. Prior experience includes roles as Inbound Marketing Manager at iMagicLab and Communications Manager and Account Manager at ILM. Acacia holds a degree in Liberal Studies, with a focus on English, Business, and History from Eastern Oregon University.
