Josh Kramp has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh started their career at Walmart in 2001, where they held various roles including cashier, service desk, customer support manager, department manager, and sales floor associate. After working at Walmart, they joined KeyBank as a Senior Sales Associate, where they managed pipeline tracking, client portfolios, and assisted with big business. In 2010, they joined Buffalo Wild Wings as a bartender and earned a reputation for their efficiency and ability to work well under pressure. Josh then worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Barmetrix, where they advised restaurant and bar owners on sales, managed social media, and oversaw training programs. Josh also worked at Clean Plast Purging Compounds as a production employee involved in production, distribution, sales, and marketing. At The Main Event on 96th Street, they served as a Purchasing Manager. Currently, they work at Dealers Wholesale as a Residential Builder Sales Rep and also has experience as a Fireplace Installer.

Josh Kramp has a diverse education history. Josh obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Jack Welch Management Institute, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Liberal Studies at Indiana State University in 2008. In 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Indiana Wesleyan University. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education from St. Clair County Community College, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.

Outside of their formal education, Josh Kramp also obtained a paralegal certification from the Blackstone Career Institute in August 2008.
