Phil Bondi

Phil Bondi has a long history of working in the financial industry. Phil began their career in 2000 as a Financial Analyst at Imperial Marketing. In 2005, they took on the role of Manager of Financial Estimating & Market Analysis, Assistant Controller, and Business Manager of Advanced Technologies at Noble Metal Processing. In 2009, they were the Controller at Ameristar Fence Products, where they led a staff of 6 and was responsible for Financial Statements preparation, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Cost Accounting for a $150M private manufacturer. In 2013, they became the Controller at Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, where they implemented a formal Account Reconciliation process. In 2015, they were the Group Controller at General Products, and in 2016 they were the VP Finance at AIRman Products, LLC, where they drove process improvements leading to the first perpetual inventory and implemented costing methods to allow for capitalization of labor and overhead expenses. In 2021, they became the Controller at Belle Tire, and in 2022 they became the VP Finance at DealerShop®.

Phil Bondi received their MBA from Lawrence Technological University between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a BS in Business Management / Accounting from Oakland University between 1993 and 1998.
