Diana M. Castles

Diana M. Castles has extensive work experience in the field of UX research and management. Diana M. most recently worked at Dealerware as a Group Product Manager since August 2022. Prior to that, they held a role as a Senior Manager of UX Research at Dealerware from January 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Dealerware, Diana worked at Poly as a Senior UX Research Manager from July 2019 to January 2020, and as a UX Research Manager from March 2019 to July 2019. Diana M. also gained experience at Polycom, where they served as a UX Research Manager from March 2018 to March 2019, a UX Researcher from August 2016 to March 2018, a Briefing Manager from July 2014 to August 2016, an Executive Experience Center Event Manager from July 2013 to June 2014, and an Executive Assistant from October 2011 to June 2013. Diana started their career as a Modern Dancer at Nacre Dance Company from September 2010 to September 2011. Diana M. Castles pursued their higher education starting in 2003 at Hobart and William Smith Colleges. There, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and a focus on Art and Social Change in 2007. Following their undergraduate studies, Diana attended The New School for Social Research from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they were a Master of Arts candidate, and their studies revolved around Liberal Studies with a focus on Sociology, English, and Anthropology.
