Eric Socia

Eric Socia is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) across various automotive companies. Currently serving as the Director of Finance (FP&A) at Dealerware, Eric focuses on modeling investment opportunities and revenue forecasting while facilitating the transition to new revenue streams. Prior to this role, Eric was the Manager of FP&A for Sales and Inventory Planning at Rivian, where responsibilities included leading vehicle sales and planning processes and collaborating with multiple departments to enhance retail revenue models. Eric's career at Audi of America spanned over eight years, during which time notable contributions included managing vehicle demand forecasting and logistics as the Distribution & Sales Operations Manager, as well as overseeing retail finance programs as a Senior Specialist. Eric's foundational experience includes a role as a Business Analyst at Audi Financial Services, where market competitiveness was enhanced through detailed program analysis. Eric holds a Master’s Degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance from Walsh College.
