Adi Stern

Adi Stern has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2008, Adi joined the IDF's Education Corps and served until 2010. Following that, from 2010 to 2011, Adi worked as an HR Recruiter at Stern Engineering Ltd., collaborating closely with the HR Manager.

From 2010 to 2015, Adi worked as a Youth Counselor for a Local Council, organizing activities and events for young individuals. In 2015, Adi briefly served as an Employment Coordinator at Hapardes- Community Center.

The next role Adi held was as the Head Youth Counselor at Gan Hashomron, starting in 2015 and lasting until 2018. During this time, Adi co-founded an extracurricular education program and led various activities for teenagers.

In 2018, Adi took on the position of Eduation Manager at Giv'at Haim Meuhad, where they oversaw the informal education program and managed activities and programs for teenagers. Adi was responsible for creating an annual plan, budget, and maintaining relationships with internal and external institutions.

In 2020, Adi transitioned to the role of HR Manager and Technical Recruiter at Hito - People management. They were responsible for technical recruitment for startups and corporations, overseeing the entire hiring cycle from requirements identification to interviewing.

Currently, Adi is working as an HR Manager at DealHub.io, a company offering a comprehensive revenue workflow platform for sales organizations. Adi's role involves connecting teams and processes, facilitating deal execution, and creating accurate pipeline forecasts.

Adi Stern obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Tel-Hai College, which took place from 2012 to 2015. Following this, Adi pursued a Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Oranim College of Education, from the years 2017 to 2019.
