Lital Vrotzlavsky

Lital Vrotzlavsky has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Lital is currently working as the Human Resources Director at DealHub.io, where they are responsible for connecting teams and processes, speeding up deal execution, and creating accurate pipeline predictions. Prior to this, Lital worked as the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Bynet Data Communications, where they supported mid and high-level managers and was responsible for 150 employees across various working units. Lital handled all aspects of HR, including consulting, training, organization development, and employee preservation. Before Bynet, Lital served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Malam and as the CV Center Manager at Ness Technologies. At Ness Technologies, they established and managed a team for CV center activities and was also responsible for recruiting for various roles. Lital started their career as a Hi-Tech Recruitment Consultant at Dialog - Consulting for Human Resources, where they worked for over seven years.

Lital Vrotzlavsky completed an MBA in Business Management from Mahaklala Lemanhala from 2007 to 2010.
