Ron Kashani

Ron Kashani has extensive work experience in customer success and project management roles. Ron is currently working as the Director of Customer Success at DealHub.io, where they lead a team and empowers sales organizations to optimize revenue workflow. Prior to this, Ron worked as the Director of Customer Success at Ayehu Software Technologies Ltd., where they developed customer success processes and implemented onboarding and adoption strategies. Ron also served as the Lead Customer Success - Strategic Accounts at ControlUp and as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Totango.

Earlier in their career, Ron worked at HP and Mercury Interactive in various roles, including Delivery Manager/Program Manager, Engagement Manager/Project Manager, and Senior Professional Services Consultant. Ron was responsible for managing multimillion-dollar projects, driving IT service management engagements, and providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Ron also served as an IT Manager, overseeing help desk support services and implementing global support systems.

Ron Kashani received an ITIL certification in 2010 from a program called ITIL Foundation v3. In 2003, they obtained a degree in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) from Jhon Bryce, focusing on Computers IT.
