Phoebe Au is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client engagement and account management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Global Key Account Manager at ION since January 2018, Phoebe has honed expertise in developing comprehensive coverage plans for global and Southeast Asian banks, facilitating product integration, and providing client training and support. Prior to this role, Phoebe has been with Dealogic since 2013 as a Client Engagement Owner, delivering insights and market trends to top financial firms and enhancing client relationships. Phoebe began the career at iFAST Corporation from 2009 to January 2014 as a Product Support & Services Senior Executive, where responsibilities included maintaining relationships with fund houses and ensuring product offerings on the platform. Phoebe holds a Master of Finance from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Business Administration from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
