Brittany Ng

Brittany Ng has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. Brittany began their career as a Vacation Home Specialist at Travel Keys, where they provided customer service, organized client data, and communicated with villa owners and property managers. Brittany then moved on to the Baton Rouge Marriott where they were a Human Resources Coordinator. In 2015, they became the Head of Human Resources and Office Operations at Wiser, where they oversaw office renovation projects, managed office sublease, performed a full HR self-audit, sent offer letters, onboarded and offboarded employees, processed payrolls, managed company benefits, approved PTO and work from home requests, wrote an employee handbook, oversaw risk management, safety, and workers comp, designed SWAG, organized a company retreat, managed catered lunches, procured office supplies and equipment, reimbursed expense reports, and assisted with accounting, AR, and AP functions. In 2016, they became a Self-Employed HR and Payroll Consultant. In 2019, they joined Feedzai as a Human Resources Generalist. In 2020, they became a Human Resources and Payroll Specialist at Freshworks. In 2021, they were a Human Resources Generalist at PayJoy. Brittany is currently a HR Manager/US Recruiting Lead at ProcDNA and a People Operations Manager at Dealpath.

Brittany Ng attended Brookwood High School from 2002 to 2006, where they earned College Prep with Distinction. Brittany then attended the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee from 2006 to 2007. Finally, they attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2008 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a focus in Marketing and Family Financial Planning.
