Stephanie Gaty

Stephanie Gaty has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Stephanie began their career in 2009 as a Real Estate Appraiser at Mitchell,Maxwell,Jackson Inc. In 2015, they took on the role of Head of Investor Relations at AP Capital MIC/REIT. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Altus Group. In 2019, they moved to CoStar Group as a Senior Sales Executive- Major Accounts- President's Club 2021. Currently, Stephanie holds the role of Strategic Account Director at Dealpath, a cloud-based deal management platform.

Stephanie Gaty completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from McGill University in 2008. In 2010, they pursued a Master of Finance and Investment in Real Estate from New York University, which they completed in 2015. Stephanie is also a Licensed New York Appraiser.
