Matthieu Demolin

Matthieu is responsible to supervise the company's daily operations, lead key initiatives and implement/execute company-wide strategies. This involves working alongside the leadership team to support them in their performance & KPIs management as well as analyze every department to identify areas of improvement for increasing productivity. But also creating a culture that reflects the company's high ambitions and goals.

Deeply involved and responsible for the government business and team, Matthieu is also in charge of bringing Dealroom's government business to the next level. This means conquering new territories with our ecosystem product, and expanding our offering to the government to become a must-have for any government that is serious about developing their tech ecosystem.

Before becoming COO in 2023, Matthieu was Head of Ecosystems at Dealroom (2020-2023), part of the Finance & Operations team at Dealroom (2019-2020) and Junior Auditor at EY France (2018-2019).

Matthieu holds a MSc of Science specialized in Finance from the IESEG School of Management
