Mengmeng Ye

Mengmeng Ye has a wealth of experience in data engineering and Java development. Mengmeng began their career in 2012 as a Data Science Research Assistant and Leader of a Computer Voluntary Maintenance Team at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. In 2014, they completed an internship at Hwadee. In 2016, they became a Teaching Assistant at TU Delft. In 2017, they started working as a Java Developer at ING. In 2018, they worked as an External Data Engineer at Rituals and a Data Engineer/Java Developer at Crystalloids. In 2020, they began working as a Data Engineer at Northpool B.V., where they built new ETL projects from scratch, used Docker on cloud and Snowflake in data processing, and helped Northpool migrate old on-premise data. Currently, they are a Senior Data Engineer at Dealroom.co.

Mengmeng Ye completed a Bachelor of Financial Intelligence and Information System Management from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics between 2011 and 2015, majoring in Financial Analysis. Mengmeng then earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology between 2015 and 2017. In 2018, Ye obtained certifications in Data Engineering on Google Cloud Platform from Google, a Machine Learning Specialization from the University of Washington, and an Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle. In 2019, they were awarded a Professional Data Engineer certification from Google.
