Pau Vidal's work experience begins in 2009 when they worked as a Mentor for the International Bachelor Economics and Business Economics at Erasmus School of Economics. Pau then transitioned to NIBC Bank in 2016, where they served as an Institutional Equity Sales Analyst, providing investment advice to leading institutional investors and coordinating roadshows for listed companies. From 2019 to 2020, Pau worked as a Sales Trader of Environmental Commodities at STX Group. In 2020, they joined Dealroom.co as a Business Development Manager, responsible for enabling clients to discover promising companies and identify strategic opportunities. Pau then progressed to the role of Business Development Director Enterprise & VC, where they led a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, generating revenue in the B2B segment and collaborating with internal teams.
