Pauline Gouache has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Pauline is currently working as a Key Account Manager at Dealt (ex Mon Super Voisin) since April 2022. Prior to this, they were an Associate at Time for the Planet, an organization focused on combating climate change, starting from August 2021. At E.Leclerc, they held the position of Innovation Manager from January 2018 to April 2022. Before joining E.Leclerc, Pauline worked at Equancy as a Digital Strategy Senior Consultant from June 2017 to December 2017, and as a Digital Strategy Consultant from December 2013 to June 2017. Pauline began their career at Unilever as a Junior Category Manager for Lipton/Alsa in January 2012, where they worked until December 2012.

Pauline Gouache holds a diverse education history. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Lycée du Parc, Lyon, where they completed Classe Préparatoire Economiques et Commerciales. In 2010, they enrolled at Audencia and pursued an MSc in Business & Management with a focus on Marketing & Strategy, Change management, Project planning, and Soft skills. Pauline successfully obtained their degree in 2014. In 2013, Pauline briefly attended University College Dublin's Quinn School of Business, where they studied Marketing. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Inbound from HubSpot Academy in April 2020.
