Olga Melnikova

Olga Melnikova, MBA, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Loma Medical Supply Inc since February 2023, where responsibilities include staff management, hiring oversight, compliance, lead generation, and employee training. Previously, Olga held the COO position at BAY MEDICAL SUPPLY LLC and Arrow-Med Pharmacy, Inc, focusing on financial management, business development, and team building. In addition to real estate roles at Dean Aguilar Group and various realtor positions, Olga also contributed as Director of Business Development at Precision Repair Network, overseeing significant operational expansion, and as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Domain Russia Investments. Olga earned an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language Teacher Education from Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University.
