Kayla Gagnon

Kayla Gagnon is an experienced banking professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President Branch Officer at Dean Bank since April 2010. In this role, Kayla supervises and coaches team members, manages customer issues, conducts compliance audits, reviews and underwrites loans, and assists in business development through networking. Prior to this, Kayla held various positions at Stop and Shop from October 2004 to 2013, including Front End Supervisor and Cash Office Manager, where responsibilities included store operations, cash auditing, and employee supervision.
