Dale B.

Dale B. currently serves as the Head of Computing & Digital Learning at the Dean Close Foundation since January 2024. Previously, Dale held the position of Head of Computer Science at Wood Green School from September 2022 to December 2023 and was the Head of Computer Science and ICT at Alec Hunter from September 2017 to August 2022. Concurrently, Dale taught Computer Science and ICT at Saffron Walden County High School for a year while fulfilling full-time responsibilities at Alec Hunter Academy. Earlier experience includes teaching roles at St Ivo School and Wood Green Academy, as well as a trainee teacher position at The High Arcal School. Dale's career beginnings were as a Chef at Village Hotels. Education credentials include a PGCE in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton and a Bachelor of Science in Multimedia Computing from Manchester Metropolitan University.
