Meredith Boughman

Meredith Boughman is currently serving as a Tax Director at Dean Dorton since July 2022, following a distinguished tenure at Koonce, Wooten & Haywood, LLP from 2003 to July 2022, where Meredith advanced from Manager to Partner. In these roles, Meredith has effectively managed audit engagements, performed financial compilations and reviews, and prepared tax returns for individuals and business entities. Meredith excels in researching tax and accounting issues, advising clients on regulatory compliance, and navigating federal, state, and property tax audits. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from North Carolina State University.
