Melissa has a diverse work experience in various healthcare and consulting roles. Melissa started their career at Epic as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2010. Melissa then worked as a Business Analyst Consultant at Safe Bridge Solutions in 2011 and as a Clinical Documentation Consultant at Vonlay in 2012. In 2012, they also served as a Project Manager (PMP) Consultant at Safe Bridge Solutions. Melissa joined Dean Health Plan, Inc. in 2013 and has since held several positions, including Sr. Business Performance & Process Improvement Leader from 2013 to 2016, Director of Quality & Care Management Operations from 2016 to 2018, Senior Director Health Services Operations from 2018 to 2021, and currently as the Vice President Health Services Operations.
