Randy Ruplinger

Randy Ruplinger has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Randy started their career at CUNA Mutual Group in 1992, where they served as an Actuary and Manager until 2008. In 2008, they joined Dean Health Plan, Inc. as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Later, they were promoted to the role of Chief Financial Officer in 2015. In their roles, they were responsible for evaluating strategic partnership opportunities, presenting financial information to the Board of Directors, leading the financial planning process, designing claims reserving process, developing product level models, and assessing statutory capital needs.

Randy Ruplinger pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
