Steve Middleton

Steve Middleton has extensive experience in product implementation and business analysis within the health insurance sector, currently serving as a Product Implementation Manager at Dean Health Plan, Inc. since January 2012. In previous roles at Dean Health Plan, Steve developed solutions for IT system integration, conducted comprehensive analyses of medical insurance product life-cycles, and standardized business processes. Additionally, Steve's expertise includes automating rating algorithms and managing implementations of large group and ACA-rated portfolios. Prior to Dean Health Plan, Steve worked as a Resource Development Analyst at the United Way of Allen County, where responsibilities included maintaining donor databases and enhancing strategic planning initiatives. Steve holds an MBA in Business Administration from the Indiana Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Valparaiso University.
