Marty Friedman

Marty Friedman is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Of Counsel at Dean Mead since January 2019 and as a shareholder at Friedman, Friedman & Long, P.A. since February 2014. With a robust background in litigation and transactional practice focusing on real estate, utility, and business issues, Marty specializes in disputes related to property boundaries, access issues, easements, quiet title actions, the Uniform Commercial Code, and commercial leases. Marty also has a history of significant leadership roles, having been a founding partner at Rose, Sundstrom & Bentley, LLP/Sundstrom, Friedman & Fumero, LLP, and served as an associate/partner at Myers, Kenin, Ruffner, Frank & Richards, as well as holding a position as Assistant Attorney General at the Florida Office of the Attorney General from 1975 to 1980.
