Michael DeSatnik

Michael DeSatnik has over 15 years of experience in the ecommerce and retail industries. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at Kroy, LLC, where they held the roles of Customer Service Manager and National Accounts Manager. During this time, they cultivated client relationships and developed sales and marketing strategies. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at Redemption Enterprises Inc. as an eBay Accounts Manager and Shipping Manager. Here, they achieved consistent sales while minimizing inventory levels and communicated with clients to develop and foster business relationships. Finally, from 2007 to present, they have worked at Dean Supply as Chief Executive Officer, Vice President Operations, and Head of Ecommerce & Omni-Channel Marketing. In this role, they directed the design and implementation of the company's ecommerce website, increasing sales by 1610%. Michael also managed a team of ecommerce professionals and increased recent ecommerce sales by 50%.

Michael DeSatnik received their Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Miami in 2003. Michael then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategy from Cleveland State University in 2014.
