Grant Goebel began their work experience in 1988 at Fru-Con Construction, where they served as the Vice President of Finance for the Industrial Department until 2002. From there, they joined URS Corp / Advatech JV as a Controller until 2007. In 2007, Grant joined Gilbane Building Company as the VP Regional Controller, a role they held until 2016. Finally, in 2016, they became the Chief Financial Officer at DeAngelis Diamond.

Grant Goebel completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance at the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1988.
