Jason Kaple has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jason began their career at Ferro Corporation in 1998, where they served as a Business and Financial Analyst, managing various research initiatives and assisting in the creation of a strategic five-year plan. In 2000, they became the Global Demand Manager, overseeing customer service, export, and planning teams for a $120 million subsidiary.
In 2005, Jason joined Dover Corporation / OPW Fuel Management Systems as the Global Customer Service Manager, where they improved customer satisfaction through process reengineering and ERP enhancements. Jason later served as the Latin America & Caribbean Sales Manager and then as the Director of Marketing and New Product Sales, responsible for sales, marketing, product management, new product development, customer service, and technical service.
Since 2012, Jason has been with DeanHouston, Inc., initially serving as the General Manager for DeanHouston Chicago. Currently, they hold the position of President, leading the company's operations and strategic initiatives.
Jason Kaple completed their education in a chronological order. Jason pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in History from Miami University, graduating in 1995. Following this, they obtained their MBA in Finance and Operations Research from Case Western Reserve University in 1998.
