Taina Sipilä

Taina Sipilä is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Since August 2014, Taina has served as the CEO and Founder of Dear Lucy. Prior to this, Taina was instrumental in the development of Sympa HR, holding multiple roles including Board Member, Founder, Growth Director, and Chairman of the Board from January 2005 to August 2020. Additionally, Taina contributed to QPR Software Plc as a Member of the Board from March 2017 to April 2019. Taina holds a Master of Science in Marketing from the University of Vaasa and has also studied at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
