Tonya Forrest

Tonya Forrest, CTFL, currently serves as the Senior Manager of IT Quality Assurance/Business Analysis at Dearborn Group since November 2019, where responsibilities include shaping the strategy and culture of the IT quality assurance department and promoting Agile Scrum adoption. Prior to this role, Tonya held the position of Senior IT QA Specialist at Dearborn National from July 2010 to December 2023, contributing to business requirements and enhancements for system applications. Tonya's experience also encompasses significant roles at Accenture, Affirmative Insurance, Insuresoft, and Applied Systems, where project management, business analysis, and quality assurance expertise were demonstrated, along with effective collaboration, training, and compliance transition efforts throughout the software development lifecycle.
