Eiko Nakazawa has extensive experience in the business world, beginning with their role as an Analyst Intern at Mori Building in 2002. In 2003, they took on a role at Sony Korea as IT Division Head, and then moved to Sony Corporation of America in 2011 as Global Business Strategy and Digital Marketing Manager. In 2015, they Co-Founded NeuroDining at Columbia Startup Lab, and in 2017 they founded and became CEO of Dearest, Inc., a VC & Angel-backed flexible employee benefits company. In 2021, they became a Venture Partner at Innovation Global Capital and Co-Founder at ikura. Eiko also became an External Board Director at TBM Co., Ltd. in 2022.
Eiko Nakazawa attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master of Science in Management Science. Eiko also attended UWC South East Asia and Keio University, although no further information is available on their studies there.
