Pat Kelly

Pat Kelly has a strong background in sales and management roles in the industrial equipment industry. From 2018 to the present, they have served as the Director of Growth at Dearing Compressor & Pump Co, where they lead a team of Sales Engineers in serving industrial customers with specialized systems. Prior to this, from 2013 to 2018, Pat was a Partner & Engineer at Total Equipment Company. Between 2006 and 2013, they worked at Ingersoll Rand, where they held positions as Distribution Sales Manager and Customer Center Manager, and played a key role in developing distribution channels and market penetration. Earlier in their career, from 2003 to 2005, they served as the General Manager of Hope Air, a division of THG/The Hope Group. Pat also has extensive experience with Ingersoll Rand, where they held the positions of Distributor Area Manager, Sales Engineer, and Applications Engineer. Throughout their career, Pat has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive sales, develop customer loyalty, and increase market share.

From 1993 to 1997, Pat Kelly attended Clarkson University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering & Management.
