William Kokotovich has over 15 years of experience in project management and technical roles. William currently serves as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Dearman Systems, where they manage terminal automation software implementations and acts as a liaison between the team and clients. Prior to this, they worked at AVI-SPL as a Project Manager, overseeing audio-video integration projects and handling project management, staffing, and financial reporting. William also served as a Project Engineer at Hexagon Mining, where they deployed and configured Linux servers and provided technical expertise for MineProtect products. Before transitioning to the private sector, they worked as a Bio-Medical Technician at the American Red Cross, managing networked devices for blood donation records. William started their career in the US Army as a Special Electronics Device Repairer, where they repaired and maintained electrical devices for ground units and completed two tours in Iraq.

William Kokotovich has a Bachelor's degree in Career and Technical Education from Northern Arizona University. Additionally, they hold an Associate's degree in Physics from Pima Community College.
